In general, there are projects that are behind schedule, both in terms of time and schedule, but there are also projects that experience acceleration from the originally planned schedule. Project delay is a problem that arises as a result of unplanned construction implementation. Damage to the state due to additional costs and delays is one of the impacts of project delays. The purpose of this research is to track project implementation, identify factors that cause delays, calculate the cost of delays that occur, find root causes and suggest alternative solutions that can be used to anticipate project delays. Monitoring and evaluating delays require an approach that includes the use of Microsoft Project Tracking, Fishbone Charts, and Root Cause Analysis. Alternative methods are used to track performance and analyze delays in public service building projects. The results showed a lack of understanding of human resources in terms of planning/evaluating existing plans, lack of training programs related to the field of work being handled, and poor schedule planning causing a lack of lightning rods, installation in the main building, lighting in changing rooms, grounding systems, central duct/airline, less power cables than needed and original water source using PAM water converted into deep pumping wells.</p> Andhika Dwi Kurniawan, Arief Rachmansyah, Yatnanta Padma Devia Copyright (c) 2023 Rekayasa Sipil http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/886 Tue, 01 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Analisis Kinerja Struktur Gedung Bertingkat Menggunakan Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus (SRPMK) pada Pembangunan Rumah Susun Cakung Jakarta Timur https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/970 <p>Analysis of the structural performance of the Cakung house in East Jakarta aims to determine the behavior and performance of the building by using the Special Moment Bearing Frame system (SRPMK). Evaluation is carried out on the performance of the building structure by using a structural analysis aid program. And the lateral force capacity that the system can withstand is 1592432.05 Kgf in the X direction and 643948.61 Kgf in the Y direction. Where the pushover analysis using the ATC 40 method, the melting point occurred for the first time at a displacement of 23.57 cm in the X direction and 7.28 cm in the Y direction. And serious damage occurred at the displacement of 77.49 cm in the X direction and 94.84 in the Y direction. The analysis found that the drift ratio value of the maximum total deviation and the maximum inelastic deviation that occurs in the structure is less than 1%. So that the level of performance of the design is in the category of Immediate Occupancy (IO).</p> Hesty Auliya Dewi, Erno Widayanto, Ketut Aswatama Wiswamitra Copyright (c) 2023 Rekayasa Sipil http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/970 Tue, 01 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Perbandingan Nilai Simpangan Horizontal yang Menggunakan Bresing Tipe Diagonal dengan Inverted V dalam Menahan Gaya Lateral pada Studi Kasus Hotel Loji Kridanggo Boyolali https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/973 <p>Application of a bracing skeletal system is an additional steel structure that can strengthen a column by transferring weights and force to the received column. The airports to be built are spread from Sumatra to Papua with a total budget of IDR 1.6 trillion. Projects that are complex and dynamic in their implementation have caused many projects not to go according to plan. Both in terms of time, cost and labor. For this reason, it is necessary to have a consistent and integrated control mechanism for project performance. Earned Value Management (EVM) is one of the appropriate project management techniques used to compare actual work performance against project plans. Outline of project control can identify such as: Time and Schedule ; Is the time used to be longer or faster than the original plan? then, Budget and Costs; Does the budget used exceed the initial budget that has been determined or not, and Performance; Does performance lead to real productivity at the time of reporting? The results of the study explain that in weeks 9 to 12 the SPI value &lt; 1 which indicates that the project is experiencing delays, and starts on schedule in week 13 and accelerates in week 14 while in weeks 15 and 16 it experiences delays again because the value SPI &lt; 1 and back on schedule in week 17. Meanwhile, based on the value of the Cost Performance Index (CPI) only in week 11, the value of CPI &lt; 1 shows that the actual costs incurred are greater than the completion of the volume of work, resulting in cost overruns). and the amount of money needed to complete the rest of the work is Rp. 1,519,229,597.61 with a total project cost of Rp. 6,779,248,539.11 and the estimated time for completion of this project is 22 weeks.</p> Isfan Dina, Budi Susetyo, Agus Suroso Copyright (c) 2023 Rekayasa Sipil http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/1000 Tue, 01 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Analisis Produktivitas Alat Berat dan Pekerja di Pekerjaan Pengecoran Lantai Spillway pada Proyek Pembangunan Bendungan https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/1013 <p>Productivity is one of the keys to determining the factors that affect competitiveness in construction projects, including the productivity of workers and heavy equipment for spillway casting work at Dam Development. The amplification coefficient is needed to propagate a spectra acceleration at bedrock to soil surface. The amplification coefficient can be determined by several methods such as MASW Method, HVSR Method and other methods. One alternative method that can be used in determining the amplification coefficient is to determine the ratio between the ground acceleration at the surface and at the bedrock. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the amplification coefficient in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta with the PSHA method analysis approach by utilizing the shear wave velocity data (Vs30). This research method was carried out in 3 stages, namely data collection, acceleration analysis using the PSHA method, and determination of the amplification coefficient based on the acceleration ratio. The results of the study obtained a distribution of the amplification coefficient of the acceleration spectra of 0.2 and 1 second in the DIY province with a maximum value of <em>Fa</em> amplification coefficient was 1.414 on hard soil conditions and 1.653 on medium soil conditions. The maximum <em>Fv</em> amplification coefficient was 1.508 on hard soil conditions and 1,923 on medium soil conditions.</p> Elvis Saputra Copyright (c) 2023 Rekayasa Sipil http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/1045 Tue, 01 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Slope Stability Analysis of Alterated Dasit Rock on Ponorogo Pacitan Road Using Hoek-Brown Failure Criteria https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/1058 Retno Puspa Rini, Arief Rachmansyah, Eko Andi Suryo Copyright (c) 2023 Rekayasa Sipil http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/1058 Tue, 01 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Pemodelan Estimasi Kerusakan Jalan Metode Markov https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/1094 <p>Roads with damaged conditions can cause traffic accidents and hinder society's economic and social progress. Roads that are left hurt and no repairs will further worsen the condition of these roads. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze the modeling of estimated road damage, which is needed to get an informed picture of future road pavement changes. This study aims to predict road conditions for five years, with the research location being on six roads in Malang Regency. This research method uses interviews and secondary data collection using Markov chain analysis. The method used in this study is the Markov Chain method, which is a method that studies the properties of a variable in the present based on its past properties to determine the properties of these variables in the future. The results of modeling road damage are when road repairs are not carried out, and the injury worsens yearly. On the roads studied, road damage increased from year 0 to year 1, and there were many increases ranging from 2% -7%, and for years 1 to 5, there was an increase of 1%. The conclusion of this study is that road damage is increasing because there is no repair at all, so more funds are needed for road repair costs.</p> Rindah Intansari Mukti, Ludfi Djakfar, M. The analysis was based on observation data collected between STA 00+000 and STA 09+000. The PVD was installed to a depth where the conus resistance of 80 kPa was achieved. Thus, the length of PVD varies from 5 to 13 m while the actual depth of clay deposit could reach 20 m. As many as 42 settlement plate data were collected and analyzed using Asaoka method to obtain the predicted final settlement, the coefficient of consolidation and the time to reach 90% degree of consolidation. The results were compared with the duration of vacuum consolidation application and the recorded settlement when the vacuum pressure was stopped i.e., when settlement plate recorded no differential settlement in three readings. The duration of vacuum consolidation application generally longer than the t90 predicted by the method and the actual settlement was larger than the predicted final settlement. This study concluded that the variation of the t90 and the magnitude of settlement at t90 have close relationship with the length of PVD and the condition of the soil layer.</p> arhab, Nurly Gofar Copyright (c) 2023 Rekayasa Sipil http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/1104 Tue, 01 Aug 2023 00:00:00 +0000 Pemodelan Rain-On-Grid Untuk Kasus Banjir pada Polder Pluit, Jakarta https://rekayasasipil.ub.ac.id/index.php/rs/article/view/1110 <p>Jakarta flood occurs almost every year, one of the reasons is the rapid development of its urban areas.
